There are two ways to research a particular payment by a resident
Option 1: Detailed Transaction Report
Go to Financial Reports in your portal and select Details Transaction Report

Click on Advanced to broaden your search criteria
If you type in the resident's name or email address, you should be able to find a particular payment. You can also narrow the search by a certain date range. In the example above, I entered "Johnson" as the last name and chose a date range of 12/1-12/18 and was able to pull up the resident.
Option 2: Payment History
Select Tenant Management under the "Management" Tab
Search Tenant Name in ClickPay
Enter resident info in the above search criteria and click the "search" button.
