The balance reflected in your ClickPay account is what we received directly from your management company. Sometimes, balances may not update until a certain point during the month.
You can edit the payment amount in the Pay Now" section of your profile and submit your payment.
ClickPay will only display the balance of the current billing cycle as provided by management. If you need information or copies of the previous balance, please reach out to your property management company directly for this information.
When the balance on your ClickPay profile displays a negative balance, this indicates that there is currently a credit listed on your account.
