Please note, ClickPay does not offer a Cash Payment option for all properties. If your property is eligible for cash payments, you will be able to see "Cash Payments" next to "Auto Pay" on your ClickPay profile.
To make a cash payment, follow the below steps:
- Log into your ClickPay profile
- Click on "Cash Payments" page (Note: Your unit must be added to your profile to use this feature)
- If you have multiple units, select the unit you would like to pay for and follow the instructions given on the page
- You will be able to see the address of the closest MoneyGram locations on this page
