Service Fee Update Follow

• The service fee associated with Mastercard Debit, Discover Debit and American Express Prepaid Card transactions are changing to a percentage-based structure of your total payment. The updated percentage fee can be found in the Fee Chart on the Pay Now page of your ClickPay profile.
• The service fee associated with Visa Credit & Debit Card transactions are changing to a fixed and flat structure with a maximum payment threshold set at your building or community. If your payment exceeds the applicable threshold, you will be notified separately by email and asked to select a different online payment method to avoid a payment disruption. The updated Visa Debit and Credit fixed and flat fees can be found in the Fee Chart on the Pay Now page of your ClickPay profile.

As a card user enrolled in ClickPay impacted by the changes above, your one-time and scheduled payment service fees may increase. Please consult the Fee Chart for the updates fees for your building/association.

We are making these changes in accordance with rising card interchange fees and to continue our investment in your payment portal and support experience while maintaining proper compliance based on current merchant pricing requirements. No action by you is necessary at this time. If you would like to update your payment settings or set up payments using a different card brand, you may log in at any time.
