How Do I Edit My Auto Pay Schedule?
You can edit your automatic payments by logging into your account, selecting the "Auto Pay" page and then clicking Edit. Once you make the necessary changes, don't forget to click Apply to this Property and confirm your changes.
How Do I Cancel or Stop Auto Pay?
To cancel or stop your automatic payments by logging into your account, selecting the "Auto Pay" page and then clicking Cancel. When you click this button, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to cancel the payment schedule.
Please note, Auto Pay cancellations are effective immediately.
However, we do advise stopping Auto Pay 24-48 hours in an effort to avoid having to submit a refund request to the management company; automatic payments run very early.
