Active Building- Cannot Access ClickPay Follow
You must use a Web Browser that allows third-party cookies in order to to make a payment with ClickPay from your Active Building account.
Please see below a screenshot of the error you will experience if you are using a web browser that does not allow third-party cookies.
How to Change your Browser Settings to Allow third-party cookies.
View the Instructions for the Browser Type you are currently using.
Step 1: Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of your browser to open the browser menu.
Step 2: Click Settings within the browser menu to open the Settings page.

Step 3: Click Privacy and Security on the left hand side of the Settings Page.
Step 4: Click Cookies and other site data within the Privacy and security menu.

Step 5: Select the Allow all cookies option to allow third-party cookies.

Step 6: Close out of the Browser and Reopen the Browser
Step 7: Go to the Active Building Site and Log In
Step 8: Click Make a Payment . Your ClickPay profile should appear as expected.
Step 1: Click on the three Lines in the top right hand corner of your browser to open the browser menu.
Step 2: Click Options within the browser menu to open the Settings page.

Step 3: Click Privacy and Security on the left hand side of the Settings Page.
Step 4: Select Standard under Browser Privacy to allow third-party cookies.
Step 5: Close out of the Browser and Reopen the Browser
Step 6: Go to the Active Building Site and Log In
Step 7: Click Make a Payment . Your ClickPay profile should appear as expected.
Step 1: Click Safari on the top left hand corner of your screen.
Step 2: Click Preferences within the browser menu to open the Preferences page.

Step 3: Uncheck the box to remove the block for all Cookies

Step 4: Close out of the Safari Preferences Settings

Step 5: Close out of the Browser and Reopen the Browser
Step 6: Go to the Active Building Site and Log In
Step 7: Click Make a Payment . Your ClickPay profile should appear as expected.
Step 1: Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of your browser to open the browser menu.
Step 2: Click Settings within the browser menu to open the Settings page.

Step 3: Click Privacy and Security on the left hand side of the Settings Page.

Step 4: Change the settings under Cookies and select the option Don't block cookies.

Step 5: Close out of the Browser and Reopen the Browser
Step 6: Go to the Active Building Site and Log In
Step 7: Click Make a Payment . Your ClickPay profile should appear as expected.
